Transportation

The Golden Feather Union Elementary School District has developed a Transportation Safety Plan to ensure the safe transportation of each of our students.  Copies of the safety plan are kept at each school site, and made available upon request to the California Highway Patrol.

District Boundaries

The Golden Feather Union Elementary School District encompasses an area of 221 square miles.  The rough boundaries are… to the North, two miles beyond Sterling City, on the east side of the West Branch of the Feather River and Highway 70 to the County line.  To the West, Kunkel Reservoir, Lime Saddle, and Pentz Valley.  To the South, Hwy 149, Cherokee, Oregon City and Oregon Gulch.  To the East, Coyote Gap and all of the Big Bend area.
